여유공간이 적어 파티클 함유 및 오염등을 방지 합니다.
튜브 압력 성능은 튜브 크기와 온도에 따라 달라집니다. (그림 1)
Eu-Tek tube fittings’ performance is extremely high when assembled properly.
There is low dead volume thereby decreasing changes for particle entrapment and bacterial growth.
Tube pressure performance will vary according to tube size and temperature. (Fig .1)
Eu-Tek 튜브 피팅 조립은 Nut가 Tube 위에 삽입된 상태에서 PFA Tube의 끝을 가열하고 확관하여 완료됩니다.
이 작업은 확관도구를 사용하여 진행됩니다.
(확관도구는 폐사에서 제작)
Eu-Tek Tube fittings assembly is completed by heating and flaring the end of the PFA type with the nut slipped over the tubing.
This is accomplished with a special shaping mandrel
(available from the factory as us)
